This includes your thoughts, feelings, relationships, and the patterns that keep you stuck. We’ll work with these things to help you get out of your own way, and let the natural wisdom of your body emerge. This typically relieves discomfort associated with stress, anxiety, and panic, and results in more calm and ease.
Where appropriate, we’ll work with your emotions to help you understand why they are there and what fears and needs are driving them. Often, this includes looking at our relationship with ourselves and others, and understanding our attachments to other people.
By understanding our relationships we can take clear action towards resolving conflict and distress so we can feel more connected and whole.

I work primarily online with my clients so you can have your sessions from the comfort of your home. Working online is just as effective as in person — many studies have confirmed that there’s no difference in the outcome of therapy. You can read about some of them here. For couples therapy only, I do offer in person sessions in Oak Bay, NB.
